General Registration Information

 

Sea to Sky Meeting Management has been appointed to handle the registration process for our Conference.

 

Register online by clicking here.  Online registration will allow you the opportunity to make changes and additions to your registration as needed until Monday May 5, 2008.

Registration Fees Include:

 

·         Friday, May 16th Wine and Cheese Reception

·         Two lunches (Friday, May 16th  & Saturday, May 17th)

·         Father’s Panel (Continental Breakfast included)

·         One Continental Breakfast (Sunday, May 19th)

·         Registration bag with conference program

·         CD or on-line access to abstracts and papers

 

Methods of Payment
(All payments are due in Canadian dollars)

 

·         Cheque or money order payable to Family Focus 2008, c/o Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc. in Canadian Dollars and drawn on a Canadian Bank

·         Credit Card – Visa and MasterCard. Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc. will appear on your credit card statement.

 

Receipts/Invoice

A receipt/invoice will be emailed when you register online.  If you wish to pay by cheque or money order you will use the receipt/invoice.  Once your payment has been received and processed a new receipt/invoice will be sent via email for your records. 

 

Those pre-registrants who do not pay their registration fee until they arrive on-site at the conference will be charged the on-site registration fee. All payments must be made in Canadian Dollars.

 

Children’s Program

To register your children please print and fill in the Children’s registration form. Once this has been completed, please fax it to Sharon Beetlestone at 1-250-563-8039.  Please make sure all information is filled in as your child will not be registered for the program unless all necessary information is provided and the form signed in the required areas.  You will receive notification from Sharon that your form has been received.

Deadlines

The registration fee category is determined by when the payment is received.  The registration fee categories are as follows:

 

·         Early Bird                                                     By April 20, 2008

·         After Early Bird                                           After April 20, 2008 to Onsite

 

The deadline for pre-conference registration is Monday, May 5, 2008.  Registrations will also be accepted on-site.

 

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing to Sea to Sky Meeting Management Inc.  Refunds will be made as follows:

·         Refund less $10 up to May 1, 2008

·         As of May 2, 2008 there will be no refunds

 

Substitute delegates may be nominated at any time up to May 11, 2008 and no substitutions will be permitted as of May 12, 2008. 

 


OTHER REGISTRATION INFORMATION

 

Wheelchair Access and Special Assistance

All Conference venues are wheelchair accessible.  If you require special assistance for any reason, please contact the Conference Secretariat with details and be sure to include your requirements during the registration process.

 

Dietary Requests

The Conference will ensure that all dietary requirements are accounted for at Conference Food and Beverage functions.  Please identify your dietary requirements during the registration process so that we can make arrangements in advance.

 

Non Smoking

Please note that the Conference has been designated as non-smoking.  In Prince George smoking is not permitted by law in public buildings, on public transit, in shopping malls, and in most restaurants, pubs, nightclubs and casinos. Many restaurants and other establishments have designated smoking areas such as patios or outside heated seating areas.
