6:00 pm All on Board for the grand launch of The Voyage Together with staff and volunteers of the Richmond Society for Community Living, the Family Focus Society and dignitaries.

7:00 pm Sharing Celebrations and Building Social Bridges through Scrapbooking a fun “hands on” networking opportunity. Please bring photos if you would like to work on a scrapbook page.

Light Snacks and Beverages will be provided by the Richmond Society for Community Living. A cash bar will also be available.

 

Laughter Yoga, with Allan O'Meara

Laughter Yoga is a series of exercises that involve breathing techniques and easy movements that are designed to teach the body to laugh without depending on jokes or humor. The benefits of Laughter Yoga are de-stressing your body, strengthening your immune system, creating a natural pain killer, relieving depression, and finding your inner joy. Laughter helps prevent “Hardening Of The Attitudes”.


Shake a Leg Banquet and Dance, with Sleight of Hand and Hot Wax

Families are encouraged to bring their whole family to the Banquet, entertainment will be provided by a sensational signing group that includes youth who use sign language to communicate and their friends.

Each night a Hospitality Suite in Room 298 will provide socializing and networking opportunities.
