The conference sessions will be held at the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Hotel located at 4599 Chateau Boulevard, Whistler, BC, V0N1B4.

Wheelchair accessible rooms

Flight Information
Vancouver International Airport - YVR (1-604-207-7077, www.yvr.ca), located just outside Vancouver in Richmond, is the closest major airport servicing Whistler. Shuttle service to Whistler Village is available from the terminal on Pacific Coach’s YVR-Whistler Skylynx or Perimeter Whistler Express, both offer return service to YVR.

If you are flying into Vancouver and would like to make your own way up to Whistler, there are car rental facilities located in the terminal for those wanting to drive up the beautiful Sea to Sky Highway. Please visit Google Maps for driving directions.
The Canada Line (1-604-953-3333, www.translink.ca) is the SkyTrain’s newest line and brings rapid rail service to Metro Vancouver's busiest north-south corridor, linking Downtown to Richmond and Vancouver International Airport (YVR). The line connects visitors arriving at the Vancouver International Airport to downtown in just 25 minutes, and costs $8.75 for adults and $7.50 for children 13 and under.
If making your way up to Whistler from downtown Vancouver there are many options for car rental facilities. Motorcoach Transportation
Greyhound Bus Canada (1-800-661-TRIP, www.greyhound.ca) provides bus service to and from Whistler along the Sea to Sky Highway. Greyhound Canada departs Vancouver from Pacific Central Station which is located off of Main Street and East 1st Street, near the Main Street Skytrain Station. The bus then drops passengers off right at the entrance to Whistler Village which is walking distance to most hotels, shops and restaurants.
